Subject: Introducing the Top Dog Therapy Team’s (TDTT) New Director of Certification and Support
Dear Friends and Constituents-
The Top Dog Therapy Team is excited to welcome our new Director of Certification and Support, Sophia Roy. Sophia is the owner of Doolittle’s Pet Services LLC located in Greensburg, PA.
Sophia’s credentials include:

Certified Professional Dog Trainer

Certified Professional Dog Groomer

Mobile grooming business owner

Fourteen years of hands-on experience in animal care, behavior, rehabilitation, and training
Additionally, Sophia’s background includes working alongside professional dog trainers with shelter dogs, canine behavior education, fear-free handling certifications, AKC evaluator certifications, feline certifications, CPR certifications, and continued education in animal intervention studies, and years of grooming experience. She is also the founder of Francis Cucina Pet Pantry, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans and families in need keep food in their pets’ bowls.
Animals have truly been Sophia’s lifelong passion, and she has dedicated both her career and volunteer work to improving the lives of pets and the people who love them.
On a personal note, Sophia has two dogs at home that keep her busy and inspired every day — Eddie, a Coonhound/Border Collie mix who is a fully trained psychiatric service dog, and Cici, a rescued Foxhound mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart.
The TDTT is grateful to have such a talented and passionate new part of our leadership team.

The Top Dog Therapy Team is working hard to finalize the details for our biggest fundraiser of the year, our Dinner with the Therapy Dogs gala taking place on Friday June 12, 2026, from 5–9pm at Stratigos Banquet Centre in North Huntingdon. This is a fun dress up event, sponsored by some of our most valued supporters including K-Vet, Heroes Never Alone, Comfort Keepers, and Sigal Development Services LLC, to name a few.
Enjoy a night out with a delicious buffet dinner, music by DJ Koda Live, Two C’s photography, a huge 50/50 raffle, a cork pull, a photobooth, a cash bar and best of all, special appearances from many of our Top Dog Therapy Team therapy dogs. Some dogs will be greeting guests, while others will be walking the red carpet to a song that their handlers picked just for them! Therapy dogs won’t be the only dogs in attendance – AMO, the Pittsburgh Riverhounds K9 Mascot, will also be making a special appearance!
This event is for guests age 21 and older, and tickets are $75. They can be purchased via PayPal or by check, until Wednesday May 20, 2026. In the meantime, we have been busy making a pawsitive impact on our extended community through many outreach events over the past month.
